Cheyenne, WY - As Wyoming looks for ways to save money, lawmakers may be tempted to put inmates on a soy-based diet adopted by the Illinois prison system nearly seven years ago. Sally Fallon (rhymes with talon) is the president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a nonprofit focusing on nutrition education, which is involved in the lawsuit.
