<description><![CDATA[Cancer Society: Time for Women in MO to Put Themselves First JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The <em>American Cancer Society</em> (ACA) estimates one in three women will receive a cancer diagnosis during her lifetime, although many forms of cancer can be prevented through proper weight management, diet and exercise, getting cancer screenings and avoiding smoking.

As a way to encourage women to think beyond breast cancer, which may not be their highest risk but is often perceived as such, ACA has launched a new campaign, "Choose You."
